Whey Pump Extreme is a whey protein for anyone who wants to see rapid gains in muscle mass. Unlike most proteins, Whey Pump Extreme is not just any protein but has the most important ingredients which give that extra pump at the gym, AAKG & Creatine. Recommended daily serving is 90g.
The supplement should be taken 3 times day. Each serving should be 30g.
Training Days:
1st Dose in the morning.
2nd Dose straight after your workout
3rd Dose before you go to bed.
Non-Training Days:
1st Dose in the morning
2nd Dose between meals
3rd Dose at bedtime
Note: Each serving should be mixed with approximately 200ml of water or milk, preferably using a mixer or shaker. Inside the packet you will find a practical scoop to precisely measure each portion:

Does not taste that good, slightly chalky but better than some other ones i have had and not so good as others i have had - maybe the other flavours are better (i had biscuit).

Very good quality protein
I have no complaints about this protein, I would recomend that you go with a plain flavour like the chocolate, the others aren't as nice! otherwise, good to great protein.

I really enjoy this product because it is extremely versatile and gives whatever food you use it with a great taste. it also has a good flavor when drunk as a protein shake.

I have been using Trec product for quite a while. I have also done a fair amount of research on the company and the quality that goes into their products. I think if a guy had to stick with with one brand it would be this one. Their quality and product purity are the best in the business, and their prices won't break the bank. Mixes well
Taste is everything, results are showing. I mix with a dash of eggnog and peanut punch and splash of my favorite tonic wine...it kicks a real punch.

I have definitely enjoyed this product and gotten results. I am comforted to know that the flavoring is natural and the protein is high quality. The flavor is a little awkward to get used to but mixes well with many options; my favorite being Chocolate coconut. I would definitely recommend this product.

Good taste
This stuff mixes easily and tastes good. It has a slight after taste, probably from the chocolate coconut. I think the biscuit version of this tastes better. I'm going to try adding frozen banana but it is very drinkable on its own.
