Whey Pump Extreme is a whey protein for anyone who wants to see rapid gains in muscle mass. Recommended daily serving is 90g.
The supplement should be taken 3 times day. Each serving should be 30g.
Training Days:
1st Dose in the morning.
2nd Dose straight after your workout
3rd Dose before you go to bed.
Non-Training Days:
1st Dose in the morning
2nd Dose between meals
3rd Dose at bedtime
Note: Each serving should be mixed with approximately 200ml of water or milk, preferably using a mixer or shaker. Inside the packet you will find a practical scoop to precisely measure each portion:
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool dry place, at a temperature of 5-30ᄚC. Keep out of the reach of children.
Best before: Expiration date and batch number on the bottom of container.

No improvement
I'm afraid I have to give this a 3 star rating. I train an hour a day, 6 days a week. I have used this for 2 months now and haven't really seen any visible results or put on any extra weight.
I have been mixing this with milk and drinking it 3 times a day as stated on instructions but unfortuntley will need to move onto something else.

Everything is good, but the scoop is a lil bit strange. Very small with measures 10 - 20 - 30 - 40 - 50cc . What does it mean cc?...

Chocolate is not nice
I bought the 1.8kg pump extreme biscuit. Not such a great taste. I tried the chocolate and raspberry - those were okay, but still leave a subtle chemical after taste.

a non-body builder review
ok so i'm not a body builder or an athlete, i'm quite the opposite of that. i'm lazy, unfitt, and morbidly skinny. for years i've been trying to put on some weight to no avail. i'm also a vegitarian and dislike to eat meat, yet needed the protein source...hence the whey pump extreme.
i purchased the raspberry kind. i drink it with milk before i have my meals. the taste isn't as bad as i thought it would be (having tasted protien bars.) its too early to say that i've had any real body changes, but hopfully this product can supply me with a dearly needed protein source that would drape my skeleton with flesh.Review by joe man on 20th September 2010

tastes great/ good for you!
I really like this product. This is my 2nd. after the 1st, I really missed it and couldn't wait to get a new one in. I have and still drink other types and flavors, but this is my favorite. Excellent source of the whey protein.

Whey protein
One of the best Whey protein powders I have used. Does exactly what it says on the tin. Best results are from consumption in the half hour following exercise. Nice flavour as well mixed with water or milk...or both if you want.

Not up to claims
It doesn't mixes well as has been claimed in the description and in other reviews...another problem that i faces is the wierd aftertaste it leaves in my mouth...i tried to return the product back to amazon but their return policy about food items are not that hassle-free either so ended up with a product that doesn't leave a good taste in my mouth.

Great Taste & Great Price
Trec whey protein tastes great and is easy to blend. I love the vanilla powder since its flavor mixes well with real fruit. Compared to other brands I tried, this product has a great price and great taste without a lot of suger. It tastes a little bit too sweet by its own. But I always add something else, i.e. non-fat milk, fruit, and plain yogurt. So the sugar in it makes it taste just right. I never feel uncomfortable after drinking it, and it really energizes my body after a hard workout.
