Dosn't make you bloat, great source of carbs (maltodextrin) and good protein even if it's whey protein concentrate and not whey protein isolate. Most important hasn't got too much sugar but has alot of vitamins which is good.
- Mass XXL seriously works
Before drinking this stuff, I'm 6'3 and weighed about 193 lbs. I'm almost finished with this bag which isn't alot considering the serving size. I'm a month and a half into it and the results are very noticeable. I now weigh 203 lbs. I might need to order another bag because I'm afraid I'll lose all the weight due to my fast metabolism.
Oh, and here's my tip for a less thick shake: Add 3 ice cubes. It makes it noticeably better.

- A must for people who do not regularly consume enough calories
I've been using this product for almost a month now and I've gained about 3 pounds. It doesn't taste too bad and you can add plenty of other calories to your blender to make this product last even longer. I've only taken 2 half servings of it daily. It obviously works, I've noticed at the gym that I have more energy and tend to use more weight and/or reps. Love this product, will gladly buy again.

Best price you can find is at Amazon, especially with free shipping. Good flavor and mixes reasonably well. For some reason, the vanilla flavor mixes better.

I paid almost the same money for a very small jar of a simular product at the local vitamin shop. This is a great value. Shipping charge was reasonable and it arrived in 2 days. I will order this again when my son runs out.

To gain weight more efficiently you have to reduce your meal size and increase your meal frequency. Eat 3 meals per day and supplement another 2-3 meals with a weight gainer like Magnum 8000 or Mass XXL
