- Icky Sticky Tablets
These L-Carnitine tabs get sticky and the supplements will corrode with moisture when put into a multi-day pill pack. For me this was a no-go because I have to take these three times a day and use a pack. Look for capsule form to avoid this. Other then that they do the job just not as flexible.

L-Carnitine it's a very good thing for those who want to get thin, but it doesn't do it for itself, it just help you on your way. So, don't forget to exercise a lot, and then you can trust on it to loose wheight. In this way, it really works.
- Must be taken the right way
Its not a magic pill but if your dieting properly and exercising this is a great supplement to assist in burning fat as energy. Its a non-stimulant so you wont feel any added energy from it but since your cells are water based fat cells can't travel into the cell to be burned for energy. L-Carnitine is water soluble so it attaches itself to a fat molecule and passes it through the cell wall which can then be used as fuel. Other than that the only muscle in the body that burns fat exclusively as a source of energy is the heart. Hence, target heart rate during cardio and thermogenic fat burners which speed up your heart rate.
I take 2 tablets a day and follow a strict exercise and diet program.
