Maybe Hopeful................
I just bought the pills the other day and have been taking them for 3 days now and as the lable instructs. I do feel a little hype when I take the pills but I really do not know if it because I'm hopeful that they will work or trying to be positive about the whole pill thing! I have tried 3 or 4 different kinds and none have worked! I go to the gym everyday and now taking these pills - I will wait and see. I have not felt anything weird but they really havent helped control my appetite either! I try to eat less anyway not that I eat out of the norm. I have a friend who was taking these and she was seeing results but not always do they work for everyone!

DID NOT REALLY WORK FOR ME
have been taking this product for two weeks and exercise (almost) daily, mostly running and I did not notice any increase in weight loss for me. I didn't notice any side effects, except maybe the first day I felt a little weird, but other than that, I felt fine.
