Incredible energy!
I was using this product for a few months in conjunction with diet and exercise. It gave me fantastic energy and helped me curb my appetite so that I was less tempted to eat things that were bad for me. I don't do the "scale" thing but I can tell you that I purchased a pair of jeans that I couldn't get buttoned in January and by April they fit comfortably.
