No Fat Loss
I train mma 5 times a week and at least three of those days are two a days and I still didn't see fat loss. As far as mood goes this products is great. It always put me in a good mood. As far as energy when your tired this is a good pick me up but otherwise no crazy horrible jittery energy like the other fat burners. That said I haven't found a product yet that helps me lose fat so it definitely has something to do with my body type.

AWESOME PRODUCT!
This product is one of the most amazing fat reducing and energy products I have ever used. It gives me a nice jump start to my day after taking my protein rush in the morning, Meltdown gives me that extra energy to get through my days aside from the fat reduciton and with out having that jittery feeling that most fat burners give you! I can say that i have trimmed down a few lbs and makes my workout's that much better! I must say it's Grreat!
