Wow! How expensive??? Jesus!
I was given a box of this to try. I quite enjoyed it to be honest. However, The cereal is very hard and needs to be left for five minutes or so soaking in milk to soften it first.
Also per 100g it only has about 13g of protein. So considering a portion is only about 70g you will only get about 10g of protein.
Futher more, how the price tag of TEN POUNDS for a box of what is essentially corn flakes with some whey concentrate in it is beyond me.
So to conclude, this product is pretty damn tasty but..... Not a very high ratio of protein to carbs and It's far far far too expensive! It needs to be less than half the price for me to purchase this. Some of the best cereals in the supermarket are around the £3.50 mark
